, but when a woman finds herself violated or raped after dressing up like a Las Vegas showgirl on a coffee break she shouldn't be surprised of being accused having instigated it in some way.
She maybe shouldn't be surprised but that doesn't make the accusation any less wrong.
If you walk through a bad neighborhood at 3:00AM and you are robbed and murdered your behavior was certainly unwise. Does that mean you hold responsibility for your murder?
Would you suggest that we vindicate your attacker because you made a bad decision?

FCP is definitely NOT the current standard. Avid is still the winner here. I currently run Avid, premiere CS5 and FCP. Avid being my go to. Those of you thinking about switching to premiere, i urge you to look at media composer 5.
Avid has some of the most sophisticated cutting tools I have ever seen.
I've used it back during the Express DV days and was so impressed with how perfectly you could cut with it.
Other programs were more useful for effects, but as an editor Avid was tops.
It's a shame that apple has let FCP slide into such out of date condition.

I am all against this nostalgia gaming. U have so many great games available on the ipad or iphone that utilise their potencial, why would u wanr to play games that have 12 pixels running around? I think it has more to do with people remembering the "good old times" when they havent had all that depression, fear and insecurity going on.
I played Atari up through super nintendo. I stopped at that point partly due to the games appearing to play themselves. If you ask young people to go back and try to play Zelda or link from beginning to end, you often hear "its too hard". The point of the old games was to be challenging; not to be a movie disguised as a game.
I'll admit that recently when I played an older game I was disappointed but then I realized I was doing something wrong. I was hitting the continue button. The older games are better if you challenge yourself to score as high as possible on one credit or compete with a second person on one credit.
You know the new games would be more interesting if played like that too. These first person shooter games are ridiculous because you keep getting back up after dying. The thing is that it doesn't seem as boring to play like that because the scenery of the game keeps changing. But try having two people play as far as possible with one life or three if that is standard and go as far as possible on that. I bet it is a better game if you play with the rul that you start over when you die in the game.

They NEED 2 versions of iCade - one with joystick, the other with a Trackball and Knob... ;)
100% agree. I've seen some of those self contained TV video games that are basically a joystick with RCA cables coming out the back that have a combo joystick & paddle - the joystick rotating to be the paddle. Never tried it though. (I think it was the Pole Position one.)
But not being able to spin the knob on Tempest looses some of the nostalgia for me too.

Thanks to all the previous help, I've been overly successful. The last app went over so big that the suits have asked for more.
They've asked for another internal app that will step a user through a sequence of steps to install a device. The steps look like:

I have the following rules, but I want to add an "is music" rule... when I do this, my entire library comes up... and putting it as a sub rule on either or both categories doesn't help. Since the rule at the top is "ANY" putting in it's on category rule won't help either because it shows the entire library. If I match "ALL" of the rules, then it will show only songs that are by XX and also have XX in the title.
My goal is to have anything with XX whether they are in the "(feat. XX)" part of the song title, or whether they are the artist of the song, and I don't want anything but music included.
Help? Thanks, Dale.

I like that, it's kind of reminiscent of the ancient Apple green displays that had the nylon mesh glare screens.

well this kinda goes along with the A-list requirements, for A-list you have to have a high enough minute plan, and if you do, like me, you never end up using your minutes because everyone you call is on your A-list. So I have 9000 rollover minutes... sheesh. And if i drop down a level, I lose all my rollovers, pay a fee, then have to bump it back up the next month anyway. It's just a complicated way of making sure I don't go over my minutes.
So I'll add this new feature tomorrow, and in 3 months I'll have 12000 rollover minutes. Hurray, i guess.
I am in the same boat, but I have over 11,000+ rollover minutes.

12 PB doesn't sound like a lot for iTunes in the cloud. I mean if that's 12 million GB's that would only store about ~500,000 people with the amount of music I have. My libraries at 24GB and growing, but I know people with multiple 100 GB libraries.
And even if it's just a small 1 GB library, 12 PB would only cover 12 million people with libraries of that size, which again is small considering the sheer amount of people using iTunes/iPods/iPhones.
