You should not have any problem at the port of entry as long as you have a valid H1B visa stamp in your passport, and have a new H1B approval notice from the new employer.
Hi
I have little different problem here, I got my approval in 7 cal days so which is good and now I have start working with new employer so all good..
Now new employer wants me travel to Europe for some official work for 1 week and since my passport stamp is on my old employer and approval notice is new employer so do you guys think it would be an issue?
please let me know what all document etc I should carry during re entry?
appreicated your help.
thanks

Thanks for quick replies.
The reason for my concern is our Company lawyer has been getting calls from almost every person who went to India that they are either receiving 221G or getting denied.
Four of my co-workers are stuck due to administrative processing. But none of them attended Mumbai Consulate. My company has suggested that consulates are harassing people for no clear reason and hence should avoid India Travel for next few months.
Please continue to share your experiences.

Ported EB3 to EB2 India Green Card Approved on wife's birthday :D
EB3 India GC PD 03/27/2003 :o
Labour approved : 08/01/2003 :)
I140 & I485 applied concurrently on 08/16/2003 in NSC :)
I140 denied due to education on 05/20/2004
Applied MTR and I140 approved on 07/24/2004 :)
No count od EAD's & AP's applied
Switched job using EAD on 02/15/2005
Remained on EAD status since than
Applied EB2 Labour on 08/15/2010 (started Porting process to EB2) in TSC :p
Labour approved on 12/12/2010 :o
Applied Premium I-140 01/15/2011 (Paid extra $1200 for that) in TSC :)
Eb2 I-140 approved on 02/08/2011 :o
Notification for approved I-140 sent on 03/06/2011 ;)
Lawyer notified NSC of pending I-485 on 03/08/2011
Recieved approval email on 03/24/2011 :D
I strongly recomend all EB3 folks who are retrogressed for more than a year to port over to EB2 if possible. Do not waste your time trying to pass some bill in favour of legal immigration etc. It will not happen. The money spent on porting is worth it . The wait is not worth the stress, tension etc.

Hi!
My mom's a Gynecologist. She got her MBBS and MS from India in 1978. She has been working in India since then.
How can she start practicing in the United States? I have absolutely NO idea. I have heard about the USMLE Exam, but is it necessary for a person with 25+ years of experience? Will she have to do her medical-residency AGAIN?
Please advise.
OBGyn is generally 4 yr residency and knid of competitive these days. And yes u have to clear Step 1 and 2 definitly.
Had u been from middle eastern country, Hurley Medical Center in Flint would have been easy to go program. And if you are from certain part of India ( I'll give Satyam as hint ;)) , Synergy in Saginaw, MI would have been #1 choice.
No offense to anyone, so lets keep peace.

Has the 4GB card been formatted with the FAT32 filesystem in your computer? The D100 supports FAT32, so greater-than-2GB memory cards should not be a problem in theory.
BTW, I've not yet heard of viruses getting on memory cards and affecting digital cameras, yet. I'm sure the day will come, as digital cameras become more powerful and [perhaps] start using more general purpose processing units.
