I borrowed a faster Mac, and used that to install to its HDD, I think it mayve had more RAM, then dumped the HD in my trusty eMac and let it boot. It wouldnt boot on 64MB though... I tried that xD

I also would LOVE these games!
Add 'Paper Boy', 'Crystal Castles', and '720' I would be a happy camper.
Crystal Castles is in there (but tough to play with the faux track-ball).
Paper Boy would be cool, especially if they used the iPad gyro's as the controller!
In fact Star Wars arcade (and any of the Atari arcaded games that used that flight-yoke looking controller) using the gyro's would be awesome too. Road Blasters, Star Wars ROTJ both used it I think.

Does "I have no desire for a smartphone" go under "already have other phone" or under "undecided/other"?
If you already have another phone then "already have other phone" would be the logical choice. But really no one here cares whether or not if you don't want a smart phone.

Dot Mac's web mail looks like it was pulled straight out of Mac OS 10.2 "Jaguar" I'm very happy that it's being updated since the interface of the web mail looks very dated. Also the new features look like a good perk :D :)

I would say yes. Usually one is more concerned with the girl as the consequences can be harsher for them (they are the ones who get pregnate) and if her parents are ok with it then it is probably fine. Apple should really diversify their suppliers anyway, which is what they look like they are doing. Cut Samsung supply by 50%, and threaten all of it if they don't get their act together. Surely Samsung doesn't think that that they can bring in this kind of revenue on their own merit. Outside of LCD televisions, Samsung has an image problem, and even that has only improved in the last few years.

I'm really curious if this will be just another "facelift" with a few bells and whistles like the .Mac -> MobileMe update.
I like the MobileMe website (even though I can't view it on my iPad...) but not much else has changed on the service since the .Mac days. Oh, there was the Calendar update which made my old iPhone no longer see my Calendar...
I have a Family Plan with 3 people on as well as extra disk space on MobileMe. I wonder if there will be similar structures to "Castle/iCloud"?
And "Rate up" on all the Miyazaki / Laputa references.

with the iTv and nike+ as testing groungs for apples wirless products, perhaps this is why we have seen the delay in the release of the fabled "iphone"? Also contributing to the delay is the time spent in developing the new ear buds. Mr. Jobs said the studied 10,000 ears or someting right? so the could have been developing the iphone pod set. the head set that is a fasion statement and a music player. great sound quality built into a stereo wireless headset that hooks up to iphone. like the first itunes enabled phone commercial with the guy walking and his shadow is dancing, and then answers a call,and then keeps on going :) this pod set will be the next big thing;) :D :p

I for one am happy with my Verizon iPhone and didn't regret purchasing it with the knowledge that a newer iPhone would be out later this year. I tried the Incredible and didn't like it and my contract will be up in time for the iPhone 6 which i'm sure by that time will be guaranteed to have LTE.

Since it reacently became freeware I have to include TextWrangler (http://www.barebones.com/products/textwrangler/) from BareBones, an exellent free alternative to BBEdit, also from Bare Bones. This one doesn't suck,� either... ;)

just opened 2 films on iplayer, itunes movie, and all the other applications i can find and its sitting about 48 deg C.
Main fan is wired into 12v so at max flow all the time but still not to bad at all

You can reproduce Xcode's settings table (Get Info > Build) using NSOutlineView, then implement the custom cells based on the property type. That would give you a nice OS X appearance that mimics Xcode. See this thread.

I was really excited about the Verizon iPhone because I absolutely hate AT&T. I had Verizon for 7 years, and never dropped a single call. But I switched to AT&T when the iPhone 3GS came out, and now I drop the call on about 90% of the calls I make (no joke).
When the Verizon iPhone was announced, I was planning to decide whether to pay the ETF to AT&T and switch immediately, or wait until June when my contract was up. When I saw that the Verizon iPhone was just the iPhone 4 with a new wireless chip, it made my decision to wait a little easier.
That was Apple's first attempt at stretching the life of the iPhone 4, and apparently, people didn't bite (since CDMA phone sales didn't meet expectations). Now, they are making their second stab at extending the life of the iPhone 4 by finally releasing the white models. The problem is that they are trying to get longevity out of a design that was heavily flawed to begin with. Not only does the death grip reduce signal strength, but Apple is stubbornly refusing to integrate LTE.
I will not make the switch back to Verizon until Apple releases an iPhone with a 4G chip in it AND completely re-designs the antenna so that I can hold the phone any way I damn well please and still have good signal. It looks like I may not get that until September or Q1 2012. Well, so be it.
Apple is starting to get the attitude that they cannot make a mistake, and Android device makers are capitalizing on Apple's arrogance.

no, iOS sends only to one thing at a time, but you can do it from iTunes.

I just changed it. I like to take screensavers from netcarshow.com, although if I find a few nice ones on here I'll probably change it again :) I think it's like the US Qashquai - not terribly exciting but there you go.
