Hello,
I would like to create a simple iphone app for my sports team, all it would need to include is:
-twitter feed
-youtube feed
-rss news feed from the main site
-schedule
-map
Am I right in thinking that the only software I need is xcode 4 and a developers license to get the app into the app store?
I have some experience in coding, mainly HTML. From the screenshots of xcode 4, it looks similar to dreamweaver in that you can work in a GUI(add table by clicking on the table button) or by coding it.
Is it that simple, or am I getting it wrong?
Also, if I buy a developers license for a year, what happens after that year? Does the app stay in the store, but I cannot update it, or does it disappear from the app store?
Apologies if these are stupid questions, I have looked for an answer, but have come up with nothing so far.

I was using my case till I bought a Zagg Invisible shield and the case wouldn't fit around the shield, so I had to get a new case, no big deal though.

I had the 400 iMac DV SE, and I just put in a 500MHz w/ a better grphx card (was on the 500mhz mobo) and it runs like a charm. Just get the mobo off eBay and there ya go! ;)

I've got a 2007 Aluminium iMac and I've noticed these last few weeks that it is spinning the beach ball a bit more than before and has to have a little think about things when I ask it to do something from time to time.
Time for a spring clean I think. :D
So, can anyone point a tech-savvy person towards some good articles or forum threads on how to get my Mac operating again as it should?
My machine was running Tiger when I bought it and was upgraded to Leopard then Snow Leopard. I've never done a reinstall and to be honest I was hoping I wouldn't have to. I'm 100% comfortable with messing with files, folders, plists and pretty much anything else on the Mac. If I'm honest I'm just looking for a cheat sheet for regaining performance on my machine without having to figure it out for myself... :o

Yes I say a 'cracked' version because I don't know if he paid for it or not, and I didn't pay for it, my choice of words, i admit, was not very good!

Glad to see they are still hardworking on fixing and improving "not-new" products.
That's one thing I really hate about apple. Once a new revision comes out, if you have a problem with the previous generation product you may as well forget about it ever getting fixed.

ok so not sure if this is the same problem as you but i got my mac to boot up then i went into activity monitor and it said every thing was idle. then i went into disc utility and did a permission check and a verify disc and it said this

When you access the track editor there should be a checkbox to follow tempo and pitch, see if it's checked, if so uncheck it.

I've been trying to reorganize Jetson's recs by genre or artist and it takes me to my recs and shows me the songs I rec'd? Some bug?

Try an IBM Thinkpad... in reviews, they often mention the quality of the keyboard, and having had one for a while, I would agree.

Not as big a hassle as yours but I ordered a TV off pixmania (UK) and it came with a Euro plug. Phoned to complain and they sent me an adapter.
Not a big deal but I was a bit miffed that they didnt advertise it as Eur plug. I'm a bit paranoid about having it plugged to an adapter all the time (not sure why!)

I was once going to buy a camera from there because it was so cheap. Thankfully, the 'If it's too good to be true ..." adage sprang to mind didn't go through with it.

I've been a PC user all my life...until yesterday. I just bought my first Mac. Now I want to know if there is any way that I can move my iTunes library from my PC to my PowerBook without having to rip all of my cds again.
I moved the actual song files onto my iPod in hard drive mode and then copied them to my PowerBook, but now my PowerBook will not let me import those songs into iTunes.
Suggestions? Am I SOL?
