Both. I won't pass judgement or defend that because the gov't sees someones as an adult that they are wise enough to make responsible decisions. What I personally think could matter less.
Simply put, he might be an adult, great, but if you live under my roof and I don't want you to do something you will not do it, or you will leave. Your an adult right? So provide for yourself.
A person can be old in age and have no wisdom. And I haven't heard of any wise young men, but I do know a few old wise men.

I use Folder Enhancer to mess with the folders, but it does nothing for the icon...when not using the folder. it has that white border and grey bg.

OK, so I was surfing macbytes and found an article about had to install a trackpad into your iBook *bad idea* So I deleted my AppleADBMouse.kext and replaced it with the trackpad one. I reset and it says it was installed improperly and I can't use my mouse. How do I install this properly and could someone upload another AppleADBMouse.kext for me. It would be a huge help.

Hello all,
I'm doing a small internet marketing package for a buddy of mine's new CD release. I want to make-up an iTunes page for him, I've never designed one, and haven't seen much information on how the customization works. I'm assuming it's just a CSS, but I don't know. Does anyone know anything about iTunes (customization) or could point me in the right direction to find some information?

No light sounds like it isn't getting any power. Are you sure it is plugged in to the power at the wall?
Have you tried another cable or USB port?
Does it make any noise at all? Can you hear the drive spinning up, or is there any clicking noise, etc?

Pretty sad that someone would say such a thing in such a case :(. I mean she's 11 and there were 18 of them.
Its a long way from even a "typical" "she deserved it" case where the woman in question is usually drunk and at a club/bar. Not that it is appropriate in that case either, but this is a really shocking case.
