But it was treason. There is a good reason that was a capital offense. The scale of death and misery that can be dealt through effective treason is far greater than than even a spray of bullets. If you support capital punishment, you should be in favor of hanging a traitor.
Has he been officially charged with treason? I ask because I haven't seen the charge sheet, provided that it has been published.

PFC Manning didn't make war on the US, nor did he turn the documents, which I'll grant could be construed as aiding, over to an enemy power. For that matter, why not Madoff? The effects of his mischief harmed far more people than even Manning. Why should he be spared the chair?

The iPod touch probably has iOS 4.1, which can be jailbroken using limera1n. If you'd like to update to iOS 4.2, you can, but your jailbreak will be tethered.

Yeah, it's pretty nice. I like some of the standard backgrounds, although you get bored of them after a while.

agree with everything, but have a couple suggestions.
i'm a huge arctic-cooling.com fan, but have moved from 'arctic silver' to 'mx-2' with great results. just as stable over time, seems to 'cure' faster, and i've found a several degree drop on lots of different builds. also, mx-2 is non-conductive, which won't matter if you only use the recommended amount, but safer is always better and all that.
i've got no problem with the kleenex trick, but would recommend plain old kitchen paper towel instead (also folded) because a lot of tissues have things like lotion (oil) which can cause problems when cleaning/bonding.
also would recommend rubbing alcohol instead of water (90% if you can find it, 70% if not) as it does a better job of removing the old bonding agent with less work, and won't damage any electronics like the crazy over priced cleaning stuff they sell. i get the water is free angle, but rubbing alcohol is really cheap at the local discount or drug store. i like cheap and effective!

It needs offline maps. Without that, it's pointless on an iPod Touch, or any WiFi-only device. If I could save just one city at a time: say I'm going to London, and I will need a map of London all day, then I could save a given radius of a London map and it would be handy.
What I do now is take screenshots of maps while I still have WiFi, but that's totally annoying to do.
Yup - offline maps with the maps on iTunes allowing you to downlaod countries or cities of choice.
I was in NYC last year and had to use hotel wifi to get the map up before I walked out into the street. Was great with the GPS but offline maps with info updates for places etc would be fantastic

There are 2 versions: the console version and the arcade machine version.
The console one is terrible.
I can tell you that the Arcade version is spot on! Did not try the 2600 version. Hopefully Intellivision releases something similar, so I can play B-17 Bomber and Advanced D&D

Its the screen saver Polar Clock 3.0 (http://blog.pixelbreaker.com/polarclock) with the app Wallsaver (http://www.wallsaverapp.com/) running lets you use any screen saver, as your desktop background. :p Now, no need for any questions. Good good :D

Forgive my ignorance :o but why wait till they sell the iPad 2 till 5 pm, why not start in the morning? Weird for me for I have never got in line for 5 pm launch, either midnight or morning launch I have done before but never on 5 pm launch.
